回到学校的感慨（语文教师陈丽）

对于那些在龙泉驿区青苗学校（以下简称“青苗”）建校伊始就在学校就读的同学和家长来说，Lily Chen陈丽这个名字并不陌生。陈老师和她的两个孩子在青苗建校初期就曾经在这美丽的校园里度过了愉快的时光，同时，陈老师也从那时开始了她的IB教学经历。时过境迁，当陈老师再次回到这里，她不禁感慨回到了青苗就像回到了家里。见证过青苗成立与发展的她，如今惊喜回归！

Lily Chen is no stranger to those students and parents who have attended Longquanyi Beanstalk School since its inception. Ms. Chen and her two children spent a lot of time on this beautiful campus in the early days of the school, and she started her IB teaching experience at that time. When she came back to the campus, she felt like she was back home. Having witnessed the establishment and development of Beanstalk, she is now surprised to return!

16年一线教学经验，曾任职于广州中大附属外国语小学、成都某IB世界校，担任小学语文教师、班主任及全科教师。

新学年PYP语文怎么学？

在新的学年，陈老师将教授PYP语文一科，在她的课堂上，同学们将学习如何成为一个合格的探究者。如何发现问题-寻求解决方案-发现新问题-寻找新的解决方案......在这样一个循环往复的过程中，同学们将会收获知识、获得成长。

In the new school year, Ms. Chen will be teaching PYP Language Arts I. In her classroom, students will learn how to become competent inquirers. How to find problems - Seek solutions - Find new problems - Find new solutions ...... In such a cyclical process, students will gain knowledge and grow.

同样，陈老师也希望同学们能够表达自己，愿意与他人交流，对事物具有好奇心，喜欢带着问题去探究，去学习。按时按量完成老师在课堂上布置的任务，有针对性地在课后搜集相关资料，探寻更多更深层次的问题。

陈老师的语文课堂是怎样的

在语文学习的初始阶段，陈老师将会把重点放在对学生的语文核心素养的培养上，让他们感受汉语言文字的价值与力量，坚定对母语的文化自信，还要不断培养学生的思维能力，教会他们擅于思考，学会比较、分析和概括的思维方法。同时激发学生的阅读兴趣也是十分重要的，从小养成爱阅读的习惯对他们今后的学习生活将会助益良多。

In the initial stage of language learning, Ms. Chen will focus on the development of students' core language skills, so that they can feel the value and power of the Chinese language and script, and strengthen their cultural confidence in their mother tongue, and also continue to develop students' thinking skills, teaching them to think well and learn to compare, analyze and generalize. It is also important to stimulate students' interest in reading, as developing a love of reading at an early age will help them in their future studies.

陈老师在与国际化学校的学生打交道的过程中，深谙家长与学生对于学校、对于教师有怎样的要求，在工作方面，陈老师对自己严格要求，在空闲的时间不断学习充实自己，为新学年对学生的知识输出做好了充足的准备。

在谈到对教育的理解时，陈老师也不吝自己的看法

“教育是一个永远不会过时的核心讨论焦点，教育问题也是每一个家庭最为关注的。教育渗透在社会的各个方面，学校教育是支撑整个教育的其中一块领地，作为教师，需要用心用爱去浇灌这块领地上的每一颗种子，呵护幼苗，经历风雨，并耐心地等到秋天的收获。正所谓教育之根味苦，教育之果味甜。”

谈及陈老师在自己的语文课上最欣赏同学们身上有哪些闪光点时，她提到尤为关键的一点，那就是喜欢语文以及语言学科的同学们，一定是喜爱阅读，擅长积极交流，对万事万物充满好奇心的孩子。

When she talked about what she appreciated most about her students in her language classes, she mentioned one key point in particular: students who enjoy languages and language subjects must be children who love to read, are good at active communication, and are curious about everything.

保持“三心”

如何建立良好的师生关系？在经验丰富的陈老师看来，“三心”是非常重要的，“三心”即爱心、耐心、细心。在陈老师十余年的教育生涯中，她始终坚信并坚持始终怀有这“三心”并以此作为与学生交流和建立良好关系的基础。教师要学会蹲下来与学生交流，让他们感受到公平，和善与信任。

How to build a good teacher-student relationship? In the experienced teacher's opinion, the "three hearts" are very important, namely love, patience and care. In her more than ten years of education, she has always believed in and insisted on these "three hearts" as the basis for communication and good relationships with students. Teachers should learn to get down and communicate with students so that they can feel fair, kind and trusting.

陈老师曾经在体制内的学校和国际化的学校都执教过，在她看来，国际化学校的学生有哪些特质呢？最明显的是国际化学校的学生一般具有较强的好奇之心，探究之心，其次是更加善于交流以及具有全面发展的特质。

Having taught in both institutional and international schools, what are the characteristics of students in international schools, in her opinion? The most obvious is that students in international schools are generally more curious and inquisitive, followed by more communicative and well-rounded.

“爱生敬业，为人师表，让我受到尊重；谦虚谨慎，精心钻研，让我的教学得到认可；对教学的这份热爱，让我坚持至今，并将继续坚持下去。”

"Love for students and dedication to my work and being a teacher have made me respected; humility and careful research have made me recognized for my teaching; this love for teaching has kept me going so far and will continue to do so."

从业十余载，陈老师教导过的学生无数，学生的每一次进步和改变，不论大小，都令她感觉到骄傲非常。在九月份开始的新学年中，陈老师将会注重培养同学们的汉字读写能力、对中国传统文化的兴趣，同时也注重培养孩子的阅读与语言、写作表达能力等，并根据不同年龄段孩子的认知水平和能力为其设置不同的教学内容。

For more than ten years, Ms. Chen has taught countless students, and she is proud of every improvement and change in her students, no matter how big or small. In the new school year starting in September, Ms. Chen will focus on developing students' Chinese character reading and writing skills, their interest in traditional Chinese culture, as well as their reading and language skills, and their ability to express themselves in writing, and set up different teaching contents for different age groups according to their cognitive levels and abilities.
