中国银行面试要英语吗

中国银行一面形式是无领导小组讨论，一组8~10名同学，给定题目在规定时间内小组讨论得出结论，最后小组再推选一位同学汇报结果。讨论中每个人自由发言，两名面试官坐在一边观察打分。

有英文面试，事前可以准备些面试的问题。下面是中国银行英语面试材料，供你参考：

中国银行浙江分行面试通常采取的形式为半结构化，整个面试大概10个左右问题，时间是10-15分钟。相对其他银行来说中行的半结构化面试最正规也最难。除了常规的自我介绍+追问+情景类外，还会涉及到英语面试，对于很多“哑巴”英语者来说，这部分是最痛苦，但是中行的英语面试问的问题其实本质和中文面试的类型都是一样的，这一块可以有针对性的准备。

常问的问题可以分为几类：

第一类自我认知类——自我介绍，你为什么报考中行，你怎么看柜员的工作，你能否接受调剂到县域，你觉得你为这次应聘中行做了什么准备么？等等，这类题目一般难度不大，自我介绍可以准备两个版本（1分钟和3分钟的），关于柜员的工作可以先去了解一下，结合自身（专业，能力，性格等等）谈谈你对这个岗位的看法。

第二类：针对简历或者自我介绍中某个点的追问，通常会被问到的问题有：专业类的问题，如你最喜欢的是哪门课程？你同学都是从事本专业的工作，而你从事银行工作，你会怎么想？实习类（或者校园活动）的问题，如谈谈工作中有遇到什么事情是最能体现你的能力的？你是如何解决的？所遇到过的一个困难并如何解决、学校担任学生干部情况、抗压方面问题以及同学对你微词如何处理。性格爱好类的问题，如你最近最喜欢读的一本书是什么？

第三类：情景类场景问题，如：如果你是大堂经理，如何安抚一个激怒的顾客。这类问题考场是实际处理工作能力，如果是对应事物的话，可以按照一些常见处理方式及方法，这个可以好好准备。如果是对人，那就是如何处理人际关系。具体的方法，之后会分享

第四类：语言组织，综合分析类。如：“诚信 挫折 财富 机遇”几个词讲个小故事。编故事题目尽量做到将故事设定到工作或者说能够体现你的能力的场景中。这样不仅能够编好一个故事，同时为自己加分。综合分析类的题目需要自己对这个问题有自己的看法，一般被问到的概率比较低，准备一些常见的问题。

第五类，英语面试。问的问题一般都不太难，比较随机性，在做准备的时候。可以准备以下几个部分：自我介绍，介绍一下你的实习或者活动，你的家庭，你为什么选择中行。
