宁波诺丁汉大学（University of Nottingham Ningbo China）位于浙江省宁波市，是经中华人民共和国教育部批准，由英国诺丁汉大学与中国浙江万里学院合作创办的具有独立法人资格和独立校园的中外合作大学，是中外合作大学联盟成员。
宁波诺丁汉大学现拥有理工学院、商学院、人文社科学院三大学院。工商管理、管理学、经济学三个学科分别位列国内高校第11位、第26位和第44位（2021软科世界一流学科排名），宁波诺丁汉大学也是唯一有三门学科上榜的中外合作大学。商学院通过欧洲质量发展认证体系（EQUIS）认证，获得最高标准的五年期认证。理工学院10个本科专业均获得国际权威专业认证。
据2023年5月学校官网显示，学校占地面积887亩，设有3个二级学院，开设28个本科专业和12个研究生专业，有教职员工700余人，有约8000名学生，外籍教师约占75%，国际生占比约13%，来自70多个国家和地区。

馆藏资源
2014-2015年，图书馆电子期刊比上一年增长了29%，增加2个新的数据库。学校作为外交部选定的教育机构，获得价值600万元的中国罕见经典（中华再造善本）复制品；图书馆藏有宁波经典古籍，其中包括唐、宋、元、明、清的作品。
截至2019年7月，宁波诺丁汉大学图书馆藏书是来自世界各地出版社的原版书籍，现有馆藏纸本与电子图书150余万册，纸本与电子期刊10余万种，电子资源数据库200余个。
2009年，宁波诺丁汉大学可持续能源技术中心大楼获得美国“国际建筑奖”。在软科发布“2019中国最好大学排名”中，宁波诺丁汉大学首次参与排名，位列全国55位，浙江第2名。其中，“科研质量”这一核心指标得分位列榜单最高。论文质量方面，根据来自Scival的数据，2018年度宁波诺丁汉大学72.7%以上的学术论文与海外高校合作发表，26.0%的期刊论文引用次数位列全球前10%，略高于国内顶尖大学联盟22.5%的平均水平。与此同时，47.8%的论文发表于全球排名前10%的期刊，高于国内顶尖大学联盟的平均数39.2%。
2022年3月，2022年度泰晤士高等教育亚洲大奖入围名单公布，宁波诺丁汉大学在列。

A City is Built on Wisdom（城市建于智慧之上）
校训与英国诺丁汉大学校训相同，脱胎于《圣经·箴言》：房屋因智慧建造，又因聪明立稳。《圣经·箴言》称颂智慧可以祝福全城、全家和造就个人。诺丁汉大学以此为校训，认为智慧是最宝贵的东西，是人成长和成功的根基，强调一个富有智慧的人才是真正的勇者，以此激励学子们追求真理以及运用真理的能力。
学校秉承Friendship through Sports——以运动汇聚友谊的精神，诺丁汉大学英国、马来西亚和中国三个校区举办三校运动会。
校园开放日是宁波诺丁汉大学一年一度的传统活动，开展项目有“彩色跑”、示范课、“地球村”等一系列活动。
据2016年9月学校官网显示，宁波诺丁汉大学拥有20个学生组织和70多个学生社团，致力于服务全校学生并组织各项学生活动。设有学生活动支持中心，支持学生活动。每年都有百余名宁诺学子通过国际学生组织，到全球各大洲从事实习和公益活动，他们的足迹遍布印度、巴西、俄罗斯、土耳其、美国、乌克兰、加纳、阿富汗、委内瑞拉、巴基斯坦等几十个国家和地区。
学校每年暑期社会实践召集志愿者前往偏远地区，意在依托学校的教学资源和人才力量，组建学生支教队伍，前往教育资源缺乏的地区，开展大学生暑期支教活动。
以2019年为例，共开展了15条线路（13条国内线，1条国际线和1条国际生线），国内线分布在河南、河北、江西、甘肃、贵州、陕西、四川、吉林、内蒙古等地，国际线在保加利亚索非亚，国际生线在江苏。暑期社会实践时长为15-22天。
2017年，宁波诺丁汉大学学生团队发起了传球计划，前往贵州六盘水进行支教，并建立了中国第一座悬崖足球场，圆了山区孩子们的足球梦，至今已坚持四年，联合全国7所高校，总计建造23座足球场，惠及1万多乡间留守儿童。
