上海财经大学公共经济与管理学院的学院简介

学院目前设有三个系，一个教育中心，八个研究中心。分别是：财政系、投资系、公共管理系、及MPA教育中心、公共政策研究中心、中国教育支出绩效评价（研究）中心、资产评估研究中心、社会保障研究中心、卫生政策与管理研究中心、资源环境政策与管理研究所、不动产研究所和投资研究所。本科专业10个、硕士点11个、博士点 7个、公共管理硕士（ MPA ）点1个、博士后流动站1个。其中财政学学科是教育部首批批准设立的中国财政学硕士点和博士点之一，该学科 1997 年被财政部评为部级重点学科，2001 年被教育部评为国家级重点学科，2007年再次被评为国家级重点学科。

本科专业：财政学、税务、投资学、项目管理、房地产经营管理、土地资源管理、工程管理、行政管理、公共事业管理、劳动与社会保障。

硕士点：财政学、国民经济学、投资经济、税收学、公共经济政策学、技术经济及管理、行政管理、社会医学与卫生事业管理、教育经济与管理、社会保障、土地资源管理。

博士点：财政学、国民经济学、税收学、投资经济、技术经济及管理、房地产经济学、公共经济政策学。

实验室：财政税收与公共管理模拟实验室、可计算一般均衡模型实验室、地理信息系统实验室、公共政策社会调查实验室。

Introduction of the School The School of Public Economics & Administration of Shanghai University of Finance & Economics was founded in September 2001 on the basis of several departments that are related to public economics and management, including Departments of Public Finance, Investment, and Social Security.

The School is comprised of the Public Finance Department, the Investment Department, the Public Administration Department, the MPA Education Center, Center for Public Policy Studies, Center for Performance evaluation of Education Finance, Center for Appraisal Research, Center for Social Security Studies, Research Center for Health Policy & Administration, Institute of Resource & Environment Policy & Administration, the Real Estate Research Institute and the Investment Institute. The School offers 10 bachelor programs, 11 master programs, seven PhD programs, one master of public administration program and one postdoctoral program. Public Finance was among the first ones in the nation that were approved by the Ministry of Education to offer master’s and doctoral degrees. It was further designated as a Ministerial Key Program by the Ministry of Finance in 1997 and as a National Key Program by the Ministry of Education in 2001. It was rated as National Key Program in 2007 again.

Master Programs: National Economics, Public Finance, Investment Economics, Taxation, Public Economics Policies, Technical Economics and Management, Public Administration, Social Medicine and Health Administration, Educational Economics and Management, Social Security and Resource Management.

Ph.D. Programs: Public Finance, Taxation, Investment Economics, National Economics, Technical Economics and Management, Real Estate Economics, and Public Economics Policies.

Laboratory: Finance, Taxation &Public Administration Simulation Lab, Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Modeling Lab, Geographic Information System (GIS) Lab, and Social Research & Survey Lab.
