Notification of Resuming In-person Classes in Middle Schools, High Schools, Colleges and Vocational Technical Schools in Baiyun District

(No. 16)

根据当前疫情形势发展和防控工作需要，经研究，现将有关事项通告如下：

一、自4月25日起，全区初中、普通高中学校（位于封控区、管控区的学校除外）有序恢复线下教学。师生员工返校前提供本人和同住人员48小时核酸检测阴性证明，有全封闭条件的，在校实施全封闭管理；不具备全封闭条件的，返校后家校“两点一线”，核酸检测一天一检。

Based on the epidemic development, the prevention and control measures are updated as follows:

1.From April 25, all middle schools and high schools in Baiyun District (except those located in the lockdown and partial lockdown zones) will resume in-person classes. All faculty and students need to provide negative PCR test reports of themselves and people who live with them within 48 hours before returning to school. Schools that are able to enclose should enclose completely; in those that can’t fully enclose, faculty and students should only travel between the school and their homes and conduct PCR testing daily.

二、自4月25日起，全区大中专院校、职业技术学校（位于封控区、管控区的学校除外）有序恢复线下教学，实施封闭管理，学生非必要不离校，教职员工家校“两点一线”，加大核酸检测频次。

2.From April 25, all colleges and vocational schools (except those in the lockdown and partial lockdown zones) will resume in-person classes, but the entries and exits must be monitored and controlled. Students should not leave their school unless necessary, faculty members should only travel between their homes and the school, and all should receive PCR testing frequently.

三、小学阶段学校暂缓恢复线下教学，幼儿园暂缓幼儿入园。校外培训机构暂缓线下教学。托管机构暂缓服务。

3.In-person classes or services of primary schools, kindergartens, non-school educational and training institutions and childcare institutions remain suspended at the moment.

四、居住在封控区、管控区的师生员工按照属地疫情防控要求执行。

4.Faculty and students living in the lockdown or partial lockdown zones should follow their local epidemic control requirements.

五、4月25日前继续按《广州市白云区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于强化我区新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的通告（第7号）》开展线上授课。后续安排将视疫情情况变化，及时作出调整并向社会公布。

5.Online classes shall continue until April 25 in accordance with Notification of Strengthening COVID-19 Control in Baiyun District (No. 7). Subsequent arrangements will be timely adjusted based on the epidemic development and announced to the public.
